Hi, I’m Nugget.

I was rescued from the harsh streets of Florida, all alone and crying for help. Life out there was lonely and scary, but now I’m safe, warm, and loved here at the rescue. I’ve grown into a happy, affectionate kitty who loves to snuggle and be near you — whether that’s curling up in bed or sitting right on your lap. But don’t let that fool you—I’m also playful and full of energy. I love chasing toys, pouncing on feather wands, and having fun bursts of zoomies around the room.

I’m a true velcro cat, and I want to be wherever you are. I’ll follow you from room to room, ready to curl up beside you for cuddles at any time. I’m happiest when I have someone to love and someone who loves me back. Because of that, I’d really prefer a home where there’s another cat for me to be friends with — a buddy to play with and keep me company when you’re busy.

I’m fully vetted—spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and snap tested—and I’m ready to start my new life with a forever family. I’m currently in Miami, but don’t worry about transport—my rescue goes north every two weeks, so getting me to you won’t be a problem no matter where you live.
