Hi, I’m Myla.

Before I was rescued, I was living outside as part of a starving cat colony, doing my best to survive each day. Life was rough—cold nights, empty bellies, and nowhere to feel safe. But everything changed when I was finally trapped and brought indoors. Now I’m safe, cozy, and finally learning what it means to be loved.

I’m a quiet, sweet girl with a gentle spirit. I’m still learning to trust the world around me, so I can be a little shy at first—but once I know I’m safe, I start to come out of my shell. Give me a few days, some kind words, and a soft place to rest, and you’ll see my loving, affectionate side start to shine. I enjoy chin scratches, comfy beds, and peaceful company. I’m not the boldest cat in the room, but I have a big heart and so much love to give once I feel at home.

I’d love a calm household with a patient family who will let me take things at my own pace. I’d do well with another friendly cat to help build my confidence—or I’d be just as happy as your one and only, as long as you’re there to love me.

I’m fully vetted—spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and snap tested—and ready to start my next chapter. I’m currently in Miami, but don’t worry—my rescue transports north every two weeks, so distance won’t keep us apart.
