Hey, I’m Orange. That’s what the rescue calls me, but I’ve earned that name the hard way. I was once a stray, living wild and rough on the streets. I even had a big chunk taken out of my neck—probably from a dog attack. Yeah, life hasn’t been easy for me. When I first got to the rescue, I wasn’t exactly a sweetheart. I didn’t trust anyone and I let them know it—I was pretty mean, actually. But as time went on, I started to realize these humans weren’t so bad after all. They fed me, cared for my wounds, and never gave up on me. Slowly but surely, we became friends.

Now, I’m a big, chunky orange guy with a lot of life experience under my belt. I’m still a bit spicy at first—I won’t lie, I need a little time to warm up before I let my guard down. But when I do, I’m all about those pets and scratches and I’m not shy about telling you when I want more. I love food—like, a lot—and I enjoy just chilling in a warm sunny spot or cuddling up close if you’re around. I’m a survivor with a big heart who’s ready to find someone patient enough to understand me and give me the loving home I deserve.

I’m fully vetted—neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and snap tested—so I’m ready to go whenever you are. I’m currently hanging out in Miami, but don’t worry if you’re not nearby—the rescue transports north every couple of weeks, so getting me to you won’t be a problem.
