I didn’t always know what it felt like to be safe. I was dumped in a forgotten corner of an industrial area — the kind of place people drive through without stopping. I don’t remember exactly how I got there. One moment I had hope… the next, I was alone. The pavement was hot. The days were long. And the nights? Even longer. I searched for food, a little kindness, a place to rest. But mostly, I waited. I didn’t know what I’d done wrong — only that I still believed someone good might find me.

And one day, someone did.

They didn’t look away. They saw me — really saw me — and they opened their car door. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that moment. I climbed in. I exhaled. And just like that, I wasn’t alone anymore.

Since then, I’ve been safe, cared for, and loved by my rescue. I’ve got food in my bowl, sunshine on my face, and a warm spot to sleep. But what I want most is still out there — my forever family. The ones who will never leave me behind. The ones who’ll see my potential and help me grow into the amazing dog I’m meant to be.

I’m a medium-sized young girl with a playful spark and a gentle soul. I love to play — toys, yard zoomies, and all the affection I can soak up. I’m that perfect mix of silly and sweet, ready to brighten your days with my goofy energy and soft snuggles.

I’m still learning the ropes of this new life — things like house manners and structure are all pretty new to me. But I’m smart, eager to please, and so ready to be someone’s everything. All I need is a little guidance and a whole lot of love.

I’d do great in a home with an active person or family who can help me burn off my energy and then cuddle up on the couch. Older kids would be a great match, and I’d likely enjoy a playful dog friend too!
