My name is Sunday, and I got that name because my life almost ended on one.

I was just a tiny kitten when I was hit by a car on a Sunday afternoon. I had a broken pelvis, a broken hip, and a broken tail. I couldn’t walk, I was in agony, and no one knew if I was going to make it. But even on that dark day, someone saw me and refused to let it be the end of my story. The rescues hospital TCAH took me in on a Sunday. My life was saved.

And now? You’d never know I was once shattered.

I run. I play. I wrestle with my kitten friends and race for the food dish like I’ve never missed a meal (even though I once went without). I climb, I leap, I pounce—I do everything a healthy, silly, fearless kitten should. I’m still a little miracle in motion, and I never let a scar slow me down.

I’m a tuxedo girl with a big personality, a hilarious streak, and a heart that has been through a lot but still loves so deeply. I adore other cats, I’m totally food-obsessed, and once I settle in, I’m a sweet snuggler too.

I’ve been spayed, vaccinated, snap-tested, and microchipped. I’m currently in Miami, but the rescue can transport me north every two weeks, so I’m available for adoption in lots of places!
